Stuffed Salmon, Smashed Potatoes and Shrimp

½ Red pepper

2 Salmon filets
10 Shrimp

Black pepper
Fill a colander or bowl with the red potatoes and wash them in your sink. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and toss your potatoes in. Boil them until you can cut through them with a fork. Sit these taters to the side and move on to the stuffing for your salmon.
Sautee 3 cups of spinach, finely chopped onions, red peppers, yellow peppers and 3 crushed garlic cloves in a pan. Sprinkle with Bitch This Is It - Complete Seasoning. Cook mixture until all ingredients are cooked down. Take this mixture off the stove and drain the excess water. Now add this mixture to a bowl of cream cheese and mix thoroughly.
Get your 2 salmon filets and cut a 3 inch pocket on the side but don't cut through the entire filet. You want to make sure you leave one side closed so the stuffing does not come out of the other side. (DON’T trash the remaining stuffing, we are going to use it for the white creamy sauce)
Now, take the mixture and spoon it in until the filet is stuffed to capacity. Grab a skillet and melt 2 tbsp of garlic herb butter. Once the butter is melted, place the filets in the pan. Sear each side of your salmon for 4 minutes each on medium. Place your salmon in the oven on 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes or until your desired brownness.
Let's go ahead and knock out the shrimp! Clean your shrimp off in the sink with water and pat dry. Sprinkle them with Bitch This Is It - Complete Seasoning or any other seasonings of your choice. Place your desired number of shrimp on a wood kebab stick. Melt some garlic herb butter and pour over the shrimp. Place the shrimp on a glass tray and cook for 350 degrees until they are pink.
Back to the taters we go…. Get a bowl and toss in the cooked red potatoes, ½ cup of heavy whipping cream, 2 tbsp of garlic herb butter sauce, season until taste with Bitch This Is It - Complete Seasoning, garlic powder, onion powders, salt and black pepper. Now use all ya lil muscles to whip these potatoes until your desired consistency.
You know that drippin’ white sauce is really what sets this dish OFF, baby. So, let’s get to it!
Get a lil skillet and pour in ½ cup of heavy whipping cream, the remainder of the cream cheese stuffing and a ⅓ cup of shredded parmesan cheese.. You want to make sure you cook this on low to medium. If you cook this too high, it WILL burn and we don’t have time or the funds to be burning up no kinda food. Keep stirring. Now, add in you Bitch This Is It - Complete Seasoning and black pepper. This only needs to be cooked until the sauce is givin’ givin! #IYKYK
Now, grab a plate and put it all together. Chop up ya fresh parsley and sprinkle that ish like #SaltBae
